If you are shipping from outside of Canada (US, or other countries), you need to write on the customs sticker (given to you by the post office at the time of shipping), CANADIAN GOODS RETURNING, 9813.00.00.97. We will promptly refund the full price of your purchase, less all shipping and handling charges, provided you follow these instructions exactly.

If your product arrives damaged, please call customer service for authorization to obtain a replacement product. Then follow the above shipping instructions. For "damaged" items we will pay the return shipping if we can determine what the shipping costs were.
